Coaches and Assistants Needed!

This League is only as successful as you make it. Without the dedication and support of our parent volunteers, we can't provide a safe, competitive environment for our daughters. You can help! It's easy. Click the link below to register as a volunteer. Answer a few questions and apply for a background screening. (The screening is mandatory by law and only costs $18.50.)      Join the Team!

3 Reasons Why Your Softball Grip Matters

By Lindsey Wallace, Rip-It Blog 07/20/2017, 9:45am EDT

FALL BALL WORKOUT & SKILL BUILDING SESSIONS

The League hosted its second Skills Building Session on October 5, 2019. Over a 30 players took advantage of this opportunity to shake off some rust in preparation the upcoming season. After warm-ups, we broke the girls up into 3 age groups to works on some building blocks and refreshers.  Everyone had a great time and we're looking to next weekend's session.

Congratulations to our 2019 Champs: First State Bank and Keys Federal Credit Union!
